FM-Plast GmbH is pleased about your interest in the protection of your data and that you are reading this privacy policy. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and hereby inform you about the type and scope of the personal data we collect during your stay on the premises of FM-Plast GmbH. This privacy policy applies to all installed camera systems listed in the section "Information on each camera at Industriestr. 8, Lennestadt-Grevenbrück".
Whenever we collect data through video surveillance, we do so on the basis of a legitimate interest. The data collected will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
All personal data is collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Legal basis and purposes of processing
The processing of personal data by means of video surveillance is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR. This includes, among other things, protection against unauthorised entry to our premises, protection against theft, securing evidence of loading activities and compliance with the rules of the hygiene concept. The interests pursued by each camera system are listed in section I. We always ensure that there is no overriding interest of the data subject worthy of protection that conflicts with our legitimate interest. In particular, we do not use video surveillance to monitor the performance of our employees.
Period for which personal data is stored
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period.
Video surveillance data must be deleted without delay if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (Article 17 (1) (a) GDPR) or if interests of the data subjects worthy of protection conflict with further storage. Image data may not be kept for purposes other than those stated in section I. The recorded data is stored at FM-Plast GmbH for up to 5 days.
After expiry of this period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for further prosecution.
Transfer of data to third parties
The data can only be processed internally. Transfer to third parties is not permitted. For the purpose of criminal prosecution, e.g. after theft or vandalism on the premises of FM-Plast GmbH, we pass on the recordings to the relevant authority as evidence and to identify the perpetrators.
Rights of data subjects
When personal data is processed, the rights of the data subjects in particular are safeguarded.
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data we have stored about you and the purpose of storage pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. You may withdraw your consent to the storage or use of your personal data in writing at any time, Art. 21 GDPR. In addition to withdrawal, you have the right to request rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and the blocking or erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for North Rhine-Westphalia: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf). You also have the right under Art. 20 GDPR to receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format for transfer.

Security
FM-Plast GmbH uses technical and organisational security measures to protect the data you have provided to FM-Plast GmbH against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are not only continuously improved in line with technological developments, but are also protected by an integrated information security management system (ISMS).

FM-Plast GmbH undertakes to keep this privacy policy, in particular the locations of camera systems according to section I, up to date at all times in order to fulfil its information obligation under Art. 13 GDPR and to safeguard the rights of data subjects.
