Family friendliness has always been an integral part of our company philosophy. This was confirmed by the awarding of the certificate „Family-friendly Company“ in 2017 as well as the successfull recertification in 2019 by an expert panel.
 

The award was a reward for our commitment to manage the balancing act between family and company. It is also an incentive to keep on improving.
Additionally to their qualification, flexibility is an outstanding characteristic of our employees. We like to return this flexibility by searching for individual solutions to support compatibility of family and working life.
Since 2017 we are partner of our local family alliance („Bündnis für Familie Lennestadt“). This initiative is part of a nationwide network started by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Furthermore, we are member of the network „Erfolgsfaktor Familie“ (success factor family) which was also initiated by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth as part of the programme „Shaping the compatibility of family and working life“.
